The SAQ program will include a mixture of fast-footwork, starts-restarts, lateral movement, and resistance training. We will focus on improving speed, posture, change of direction, core stability, and flexibility.
This camp is designed to enhance performance in all-sports and will establish some techniques to help athletes prepare and assist with injury prevention.
Capacity is limited for each of the options below and players may be added to waitlist should we exceed our desired coach to player ratio. We will reserve the right to sideline an athlete who is not prepared for the workouts and the parent would be contacted to make alternative arrangements.
Athletes will be divided into development appropriate groups upon closing registration. Athletes will be required to perform some individual prep maintenance between sessions and may do so in the facility during communicated and/or arranged open hours.
