Super Skills


Super Skills' programming will provide an additional opportunity for players to improve their technical ability and proficiency. This training will emphasize individual technical skill that develops ball control and ball striking. Technical skills are improved through repetition which allows the player to learn how to break down the skill and improve specific actions within the skill.

The purpose of these sessions is on augmenting technical proficiency through the following:


1. Technical Accuracy - Demonstrating and emphasizing proper technique as the most important objective.

2. High Repetition

3. Progression

3. Execution of the focal skill


Various skills taught during these sessions include:

  • Dribbling
  • Escaping and evading pressure
  • Body posture
  • Passing / Receiving Technique


Speed & Agility


The SAQ program will include a mixture of fast-footwork, starts-restarts, lateral movement, and resistance training. We will focus on improving speed, posture, change of direction, core stability, and flexibility.

This camp is designed to enhance performance in all-sports and will establish some techniques to help athletes prepare and assist with injury prevention.

Capacity is limited for each of the options below and players may be added to waitlist should we exceed our desired coach to player ratio. We will reserve the right to sideline an athlete who is not prepared for the workouts and the parent would be contacted to make alternative arrangements.

Athletes will be divided into development appropriate groups upon closing registration. Athletes will be required to perform some individual prep maintenance between sessions and may do so in the facility during communicated and/or arranged open hours.

Game-Time


The format will consist of small-sided games similar to Futsal. Limited coaching allowing to simply play and develop creativity. Players will be split into different teams each session. 

The purpose of the Game-Time nights is to engage players, and promote a fast-paced environment that will help enhance skill, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
